By accessing or using the website at conwayconcretecontractor.com or by engaging Precision Conway Concrete for any concrete contracting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who interact with our business.
Precision Conway Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in Conway, AR and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to: driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, sidewalk building, stamped concrete, retaining walls, floor installation, and related concrete work. All services are performed in accordance with applicable Arkansas building codes and contractor licensing requirements.
All estimates provided by Precision Conway Concrete are free of charge and represent our best assessment of project cost based on information available at the time of the estimate. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing may vary if:
We will notify you of any changes to the estimated price before performing additional work. We will not bill for unanticipated work without your prior approval.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. We reserve the right to reschedule projects due to weather conditions, equipment availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible in those situations and work to find the earliest available alternative date.
If you cancel a scheduled project after materials have been ordered or work has begun, you may be responsible for the cost of materials already purchased and labor already performed. We handle cancellation situations case by case and will always communicate openly with you.
Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins and will be stated in your written estimate or contract. Standard terms may include a deposit prior to work starting, with the balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Customers with unpaid balances may not be eligible for warranty service until accounts are current.
You agree to:
Where applicable, Precision Conway Concrete will obtain the required building permits from the City of Conway or other relevant local authority before work begins. Permit fees may be included in or added to your project estimate. We will inform you of any permit requirements as part of the estimating process.
Precision Conway Concrete stands behind our workmanship. If a defect in our work appears within one year of project completion and results from our installation - not from customer misuse, acts of nature, soil conditions outside our control, or failure to follow care instructions - we will repair or address the defect at no additional charge.
Concrete is a natural material subject to cracking due to curing, temperature changes, ground movement, and heavy loads. Minor hairline cracks are a normal characteristic of concrete and do not constitute a defect. We do not warranty against cracks caused by settling, heavy vehicles, extreme weather events, or conditions outside the scope of our work.
To the fullest extent permitted by Arkansas law, Precision Conway Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of our website. Our liability for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for that project.
